Bradley M. Koltz Nextwaving Solutions founder Brad Koltz has built websites for hundreds of businesses since his first website in 1993, and has been a digital marketer since then, too. Brad, who developed one of the first print-to-web programs in the mid 1990s, holds a patent for publishing imaging technology he developed to reduce production costs for newspaper publishers. He's developed content management systems, ad management systems, financial data encryption algorithms, real estate display programs and client management databases. Our HistoryIn 1993, founder Brad Koltz designed and implemented one of the first non-proprietary, open publishing platforms. He based his design on an extension of the then emerging fourth wave technology initiatives using open platform technologies. Instead of trying to lock in a static next wave of technology, Brad envisioned a fluid, emerging process that he called Nextwaving - an evolving technology methodology, rather than a single technology platform, that allows publishers, and now local businesses directly, to mix and match solutions and components as their needs dictate and budgets allow.
